Damaged or Defective

If your Item was Damaged during transit please contact us right away at shop@blackswampdiscs.com.

Refund Policy
We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase. Items are eligible for refunds within 30 days. No refunds can be issued after 30 days from the original purchase date. To be eligible for return, discs must be unused, unthrown, and in brand new condition. To be eligible for return, all other merchandise must remain unopened with any stickers and/or tags still attached. We will determine if the item is in "New" condition when the item is returned. Once we inspect the returned item we will notify via email on the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. 

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Non- refundable Items: Gift Cards, Discs from the Used Bin
